The Zen Wellness Programme at Kg Bukit Kechil, Juru

my students and I successfully organised a meaningful community event at Dewan Orang Ramai, Kampung Sekolah Juru in collaboration with MPKK Kampung Bukit Kechil, Simpang Ampat Juru and the office of YB Gooi Hsiao Leung.
The aim of the event was to raise awareness about Diabetes, Stroke, and High Blood Pressure, and to highlight the importance of taking care of one’s health, especially within our rural communities. Seeing the community coming together, engaging in health talks, and showing genuine interest in preventive care was heartening.
On top of that, my students carried out the distribution of ‘Bantuan Bakul Makanan’ to 50 recipients. With their dedication and hard work, they successfully gathered
250kg of rice
12kg of bihun
50kg of sugar
50 packs of biscuits
50 packs of milk
and RM2,500 in cash for the recipients.
