My HTM30204 class went to Balik Pulau today to make a comparative study of rural tourism development. Since the year 2020, there have been so many improvements and efforts to promote Balik Pulau as an alternative tourism product on Penang Island. With lush green valleys, Balik Pulau has lots of ecotourism attractions, food and heritage. Today, we discovered a Malay restaurant located by the river in Pantai Acheh, which really reminds me of my childhood in the kampung.
