Went to DoubleTree by Hilton today for the FnB Master South East Asia competition. We were welcomed with warm hospitality, lots of good food and saw many familiar faces of tourism and hotel management educators in Penang. I learnt that it is not easy to judge a cooking competition, but it worth a try.
We all had good times!
