'Durilicious' A Fun and Educational Trip to a Durian Farm

The Duri-licious trip began at KDU Penang with a visit to Song Hai Durian Farm, where participants hiked the hillside, learned to identify durian varieties, and enjoyed tasting fresh durian, rambutan, cempedak, and cempedak juice. The journey continued to Balik Pulau for its famous Laksa and nutmeg juice before heading to the Saanen Dairy Goat Farm. There, participants experienced goat milking, sampled fresh milk, and interacted with animals such as rabbits, goats, and ostriches. The trip concluded with a return to KDU Penang, leaving participants with lasting memories of Penang’s agrotourism delights and hands-on learning experiences.
